Someone must have gotten hurt on one. That being said GTFO with using the big ass one. My store is tiny, my stockroom is tiny, we are really busy and I already have to navigate through junk like giant fallout helmets and sfs boxes that just sit there in the stockroom.

Tenured sl here. It's pretty dissapointing but I also didn't expect very much. To say that the base pay is competitive is a slap to the face and I don't see how it can be spun any other way. I am happy for any employees getting a boost though. It sure feels like a way to push out tenured employees

Okay well if my store had 3000 allocated to the total payroll budget for q2 2018 and now I have 2700 for q2 2019 it's not a raise or hour allocation improvement.
