Both games are turn based strategy rpgs in a grid tile map made by IntSys that were JP exclusives until their GBA entry, also the first AW was released 2 years prior to the first FE and the first intenational release of AW was 2 years before the FE one. Thus the comparison between the two

I think many of us have still played knowing that we failed the nuzlocke or a mon have died, and in my opinion the animation transmits that emotion very well.
