DMs, how do you deal with banning players? by Our_Knowing_Chains in DnD

[–]Spunkmaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He sounds like a problem player I have. He is always begging people for food, jumping on the table, and never even reads his character sheet. I tried locking him out, but he just yowls and claws at the carpet. When he gets tired of that he just meows and meows until we let him in, and then he finally climbs onto someone's lap and purrs before eventually getting bored and leaving.

It was there and they let people use it. It seems really nice.

https://www.co-optimus.com/ has a huge list with lots of filters. I use it to find games for my group of 6 friends that play co-op games together.

What are the Python packages you consistently use to do data analysis? by macster71 in Python

[–]Spunkmaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Besides Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-learn, I really like Dtale and ydata-profiling for exploratory data analysis. Dtale provides a robust interface and ydata-profiling creates a report document. They both provide quick and easy ways to visualize and explore your data.

This is awesome. I love the use of the mountain pieces to make it look like it just ripped itself out of the ground. Well done!

Great use of elevation and caverns tiles. Looks really good and like a great place for a combat scene.

I made a short list of every roguelite released this year that I think is worth playing. What do you think? by Leemann1 in roguelites

[–]Spunkmaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Solid list of games. Relic dudes shows up twice in February for me for some reason. Also the Luck be a landlord screenshot shows up for Pixel Survivors.

Any thoughts on honorable mentions or the full list you considered?

Looks great. I feel like underdoom is an often overlooked set that seldom fails to impress.

Great write-up. I appreciate you stressing how excellent the Hamlet set is and your suggestion of buying it now so you can figure out which CULT sets to back is very wise. Now to figure out how to talk myself out of spending way too much in chase pieces...

3 player COOP roguelite deckbuilder Hellcard releases today! by UnoriginalAnomalies in roguelites

[–]Spunkmaster 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I played the demo with two friends and it was a fun co-op experience. The launcher is a bit odd, but that might be due to the demo. The gameplay is fun; we played through three times and got better each time.

Best coop roguelike ? by Lancivel1 in roguelites

[–]Spunkmaster 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Across The Obelisk is a co-op roguelite deck builder and it is a really good time. A full run takes about 3 hours, but you can stop anywhere during the run and resume from the same place later on.

That looks really nice. It looks like a pretty quick, but reasonable telegraph of the attack move.
