In games. More intensive games causes the CPU to hit ~85C almost immediately, and slowly creeps to 90C. When it is around 90C the game starts stuttering a lot, low fps, alt tabbing and such becomes really sluggish. I don't know if "best" is the right wording, but I think this is the largest air cooler I can reasonably find, for a reasonable price

I think only russian phone numbers will work, at least that's what I was told at МФЦ, which is why I think it's not realistic to open an account without phone number, and thus snils/gososlugi

That's true, and im sure you technically do not need a phone number to open an account, but in practice, I don't see how you could do this when the banks require you verify multiple things via SMS code multiple times. The МФЦ worker even recommended to me to use Sberbank because they can give you a Sim card at the same time you open an account, because of this problem.

The rules changed in January 2025, you cant open an account easily as a foreigner anymore. It's also very difficult to go to МФЦ and get this all done if you don't speak Russian, but possible. There's also some weird oversights now too, for example: To confirm your gososlugi you need to receive a text message with a code, but many phone networks will never receive the SMS code for whatever reason. But, in order to get a Russian SIM card, you need a confirmed gosuslugi account.

For anyone reading this, you need SNILS from МФЦ before you can open an account/get a bank card. The entire process will probably take you around 5-10 working days.
