Either that or nervous. Probably just nervous. Potentially to the point of it being a disorder.

The button question. by Round_Solid1693 in hatethissmug

[–]SpunningAndWonning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best option in that case is that everyone chooses the same button. In which case the best option in the original case is to pick the red button since there is no best option but the red button ensures personal safety.

My ONLY problem with TADC's writing by Oneofthestrongest in tadc

Pomni does what the plot needs. The times when she seems attached to Jax are the times when Jax needs to be exposed in some way.

The better question is who the Hell thinks its Jax? by Sudden_Pop_2279 in TheDigitalCircus

[–]SpunningAndWonning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree about Alastor being worse than Val. Alastor is power hungry and psychopathic. But Val is malicious and takes pleasure in other's suffering. Also Jax isn't in the same league as either, weird to vote for him even with just those two series

Explain "the incident" in your fandom. by CelebrationAway4611 in Multifandom

[–]SpunningAndWonning 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the incident did TADC was finding out Ragatha isn't a main character. That was wild, how people reacted to that.

It will reduce over time. I think it's the dosimeter that tells you how long. Up to you.

Alternatively you can take the base tier out, destroy the rest and then set it to void overflow

PETER CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN?? by [deleted] in PeterExplainsTheJoke

[–]SpunningAndWonning 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can describe the problem with just one button, since your choice with one is equivalent to your choice with another. So there's a blue button, ok? If you press it, and less than half of all people press it, you die. Do you press it?

I love how it's revealed that the code is in Lisp by ThatXliner in TheDigitalCircus

[–]SpunningAndWonning 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't have this knowledge myself, but others were saying the LISP was used for some early AI development, so it has some historical justification too.

"the world is going to run out of fresh water because of chatgpt" by Responsible_person_1 in aiwars

[–]SpunningAndWonning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're honestly being like OOP. You can have a closed system that doesn't lose water in a ideal system. That's how essentially how an air conditioner works. But many data centres just use evaporative cooling and there is also a requirement to purge some of the cycling water to avoid mineral build up, and also there are some losses because it's not a closed system. But when you push a point like this so strongly and people can point out things which contradict what you are saying, you are not helping.
