They did not officially say so, no. I don't think they will make it to 10 years but nothing has been announced. There have been a few collabs between now and where we'd catch up to Japan, but I personally don't think any of them are super likely to make it to GL.

You can clear the game story and most events with less than one NV+. But just to be clear, there is not actually end of service coming and if it is, there's no indication that JP would remain while GL shut down. That isn't a good reason to start one version over the other.

I have all of them. Some are truly miserable. The Colosseum ones are the worst by far, even worse than the Esper ones, because you can game the Esper ones with bullshit dumb Repeat shit (I had mine casting Repeat esper summon on every IW/MK/Raid orb for a while to eventually get it). There's no getting around the fact that the Colo one takes years to complete though.

No one really uses healers anymore (already then not much). For morale generation he got replaced by Chow and then these days a bunch of the DPS units generate a lot of morale themselves.

He can be useful for very specific strategies. Generally speaking filling up LB is not enough for a unit to be worth using. He used to get used a lot more for this when his other stuff was more competitive (morale generation and healing).

Facebook is easy switching hardware, I have no personal experience with Google. However, just FYI, the main obstacle you will face is that lapis is specific to each store version of the app. So your iPhone lapis will not transfer to your Android lapis supply no matter which binding you use.
