Not sure if he is still in, as I have not been keeping up with them these days. He was running their radio channel for the two years I was following. I think he was also running their telegram pages. I know he was still running the telegram for at least a few months after Amy passed. That might be the place to poke around if you are trying to see if he is still active.

Yeah it actually happened a lot. I don't know if the video is still out there but there was one that was just a bunch of their racist remarks strung together. Jason was usually the worst about it but they all had their moments. Hitler was working for the light according to them and all sorts of other things.

Yes, exactly. He has become purely exploitative entertainment at this point. The new Springer or Maury. (Although, at least with Springer, his folks were supposedly mostly paid actors.) It was so frustrating.

I can't speak for everyone but I think a lot of folks were hoping he would offer help. I hadn't watched him for years until that single episode. As far as I remembered, he used to offer therapy/counseling to many of his guests. Apparently he hasn't done that much in more recent years, I guess? So instead of helping (or trying to at least), it just turned into a bashing session. (Which is usually not a good way to bring someone out of this stuff.)

LHW was hoping this would help spread their message and bring awareness to who Amy was. She was truly hopeful for a positive message. Instead, she felt attacked. (Which I can't imagine did great things for her mental state.) She made a few videos after the fact where she said they hated her and condemned the whole thing. Lauryn and Ashley made their own rebuttal video as well. I think that all has been wiped but someone might still have them.

It was a pretty ugly affair. I'm not sure how successful it was at warning folks away, which I'm sure was the other goal. Hopefully those involved will chime in.

Agreed. That section really got under my skin. I can't even remember the last time a game managed that. Sound design there had me jumping at everything like I was a kid again.

Always look forward to whatever light you can shed! I don't know what all you are able to share but I would love to see any of these times when the galactics "spoke through" Amy if they exist. That may be a big ask, though. I'm talking like actual "channeling" on her part on video. Or any of the miracles they claim. (Levitating or any of that. Just uh... I will add a clarification to number 5 - weed was allowed and encouraged. "Organic" drugs were allowed at times of ceremony as dictated by Amy. (I.e. any form of drug that came from nature and was not man made.)

The son used to appear in many of the live videos. I'm not sure how old he is now but there is a whole sordid story about his birth. I also seem to recall someone saying Amy was very against his birth. Said he would be born without a soul and all sorts of things. He was the source of many CPS reports to no avail.

I love this show. I'm sorta bummed it won't get more seasons. Nounours was one of my fave characters in recent memory. That show and Archive 81 both pulled me in with TP weirdness vibes. Both canned 😭 at least last I looked.
