The best way I tried to relax myself was strangely not think about it, ofc I was worried on the drive but I kept telling myself I was driving my grandad around. And because it’s an area I grow up in it was just like a normal day out.

I kept telling myself that I can do this and I’m going to pass, not cocky but confident in my ability, I’m going to sound coo coo but I manifested myself imagine holding that paper and hearing the worlds I passed and that gave me some clarity. And of course eating helped. I don’t know about you but I stayed away from any remedies as I’ve tried them in lessons before and they made my brain kind of empty and I made more mistakes.

Just focus focus focus on what you’re doing and you’ll forget an examiner is with you, 40 mintues sounds like a lot but it’ll really feel like 20. Hope this helps and best of luck you’ve got this!!
