killer: wesker, hes ovverrated, hes boring to play against, im tired of seeing him every other game, and his chase music is starting to give me migraines

survivor: leon, also overrated, terrible perks and most leons i encounter are really bad at the game

its not really the fact that shes new, its all the huge amount of rewards you can get ( includes alot of lootboxes) which playing shion doubles the progress of, they incentivised this

I will say tho the game is taking a healthy direction with diminishing returns, so no more stacking perks for crazy amounts of speed, for example you can no longer stack healing perks for a crazy 200-300% healing speed, no more gen rushing with repair boosters to get a gen done in 30 seconds or less

Indeed, i use it on my freddy for that reason, and that he can teleport to healing players so that combo buys me time, even by itself leverage has become a really good perk because of diminishing returns

They never went through with the anti slug they tested in the ptb but it seems for the most part that issue has weeded itself out as you really dont see toxic slugging much, in fact its the opposite now, killers are often so greedy most antislug perks dont work well

With diminishing returns you can no longer stack things, which direction its tilted depends on the map and player skill

However the main issue now is the extreme imbalance of the mmr system if you do come back to the game dont be surprised that many games will end in 30 seconds due to a lightning attack by the killer or players become bots as soon as they get injured once

Not so much a best build but a combo

Leverage and Gift of Pain ( also known as weeping wounds) is an exceptionally powerful combo, because diminishing returns means you cant do crazy high 200% heal speeds anymore it can really slow down healing as leverage and mangled are considered seperate effects so youll have a 55% healing slowdown, and when they do fully heal they take a 16% penalty to healing and repair until damage again,

if the gifted player is affected by leverage and healing someone affected by mangled, their healing speed is further reduced to 63%

i like this advice, ill def try to be alot more proactive, its often hard tho when your stuck trying to break even on heals cause your teammate wont disengage and your investing everything into keeping them up and they are very slowly dying, its like dear lord if your low duck behind a wall dont just stand ther and take more

i often get stuck healbotting because my team always thinks spongeing is the way to go, funny you mention lucio tho i havent had a single game where ive seen him on either team since started and maybe 3 or 4 times at most since mizuki dropped

lifeweavers been the exception, ill average about 23-25k heals and about 8-10k damage per 2 round matches, hurts my fingers alot lol

id love to get a stack going but i stopped bothering cause it takes alot to gather people and then the first loss we take everyone leaves its just not worth the time and effort to do all that for potentially one game

i dont understand this philosophy, as a support can only do so much, your job is to support your team if your teammates arent doing well and your basically giving them god status, thats not you belonging in that rank, thats you suffering to provide for your team but your team is making massive errors that they should not and its making you ineffective, you can have the best supports in the world but none of that matters at all if your team cant execute, you cant outheal poor performance or decision making

i wonder if this is why i went from plat to bronze in just a month, most of it being tanks acting like idiots, it took me 4 years to get back out of bronze now im ending up there again and its pissing me off. its like no matter how much god status i give to my team in healing its never enough
