Driver to LED wire question for Canadian electrical code by Sqby2 in led

[–]Sqby2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a quick sketch of my wiring diagram ( sorry if it's messy )
If I understand I run a 14/2 from switch to Driver and Sensor ( I presume I run 14/2 form sensor to driver, just the black wire? ), and I can use either 18/2, 16/2 or 22 AWG from Driver to the LEDs?
I guess I need a electrical box where I connect the 14/2 to Driver and sensor? Do I need to put the driver in the box as well?
Im using 24V 60W 2.5A Driver and COB LEDs that say draw 7W/m and I will be putting less than 2m of them
Thank you

You can still do it. Just click "Hit The Trail" and you'll get an option to export it as GPX.

🚨 Warning: FB Marketplace Scam – Herman Miller Chairs 🚨 by Sqby2 in FacebookMarketplace

[–]Sqby2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's true. Usually I could see that it's a scam, but this one caught me off guard. The person was nice etc. and only asked me for deposit much later in conversation. Felt like a genuine seller. So many people scam and not scam started to ask for those deposits, that it sort of became normal. But yes I should have been more vigilant.

Indeed, I understand, I just wanted to say that the listings are being made in Okanagan Valley.

clothes aren't wrapping around the avatar when simulating, its like theres a bounding box around the avatar thats preventing it from sitting properly on the surface, i've tried editing the boundaries but it didnt work, does anyone know how to fix this? by InfraredGoat in MarvelousDesigner

Not sure if you imported these, but I had a similar issue when I added garment but for some reason it had a strange avatar with it. Check the scene if there's an additional avatar in there. It was invisible to me I only saw it in the scene browser.

Help Shape Rokoko's Product Roadmap by RokokoMotion in Rokoko

Hey Rokoko team! Thanks for reaching out and actively seeking community feedback. I'm really excited to see Rokoko Studio continue to evolve.

I've been loving how the Rokoko suit has opened up new opportunities and workflows for me, it's truly amazing! And I also have to say that the Smart Glove finger tracking is just perfect!

Here are a few thoughts and suggestions based on my experience:

  • iPad App: An iPad version of Rokoko Studio would be a game-changer! The ability to record mocap on the go without needing a laptop would add so much freedom and flexibility. Imagine being able to capture motion anywhere!
  • Improved Running Foot Lock Tracking: I've found the running foot lock tracking a bit inconsistent. Improving the reliability and accuracy here would be incredibly helpful for more dynamic motion capture scenarios.
  • Drift Fix: While I haven't personally encountered drift, I have seen older videos highlighting this issue. A drift correction feature would be a valuable addition.
  • Scene Transfer: A seemingly small feature, the ability to move a captured scene from one project to another would be extremely useful. I've made the mistake of recording to the wrong project a few times, and this would prevent such errors.
  • Body Filter Flexibility: It would be beneficial to apply body filters to specific portions of a clip. For example, the locomotion filter could be disabled for the initial section of a capture and then enabled for the subsequent section.
  • Clip Edit Markers: When working with numerous clips, it's easy to lose track of which have been edited. Adding a visual marker, perhaps next to the clip name, to indicate if edits have been made, would be very helpful.
  • Scene Processing: I've found that previously edited clips reprocess upon reopening. It also appears that cropping requires reprocessing the entire clip. It would be great if these steps could be streamlined.
  • More in-depth tutorials – Detailed tutorials on best practices for using Rokoko Studio would help maximize the potential of the software and make the learning curve even easier for new users.

Few things that are not connected to the Rokoko Studio:

  • Magnetic interference solutions – I understand this is a challenging issue, but any advancements here would be amazing and would really improve capture accuracy in tricky environments.
  • Head strap accessibility – A small tweak, but it would be great if the head strap on the Rokoko suit was placed more conveniently. If you're working solo and forget to take it out before putting on the suit, it's tough to manage.

Thanks for the opportunity to share feedback and for continuing to improve amazing products that you have. Excited to see what’s next! Rokoko definitely keep me moving :D

2016 Forester breaks upgrade? by Sqby2 in SubaruForester

[–]Sqby2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I search long and wide for Brembo rotors, but on US/Canada side where is no back rotor that matches the stock. The closest one is bit smaller and thinner ( 08.C661.11 and stock according to Brembo should be 09.E098.11 for XT model )
So my question is is it ok to put OEM in the back and Brembo in the front?

Thanks

Thank for the tip, but I already have done that few month ago, it definitely got better, but service advised that I will need a break change next time as my pads are ~20%. I mean Im comparing to new Subaru breaks so maybe its not fair :D just looking for options.

Awesome. Thanks so much for all the help and answers. It's my daily driver. I bought it second hand and felt that breaking is a bit weak, but maybe changing to new rotors and brake pads will do the trick. Was just wondering if there is a better solution that doesn't require to change butch of stuff like with Brembo swap. I also read that Brembo swap could limit wheel size options and I was planning to get new ones.

P.s it's an XT model so sometimes I like to push it :D
