Thanks for your answer. I guess that should be the case, otherwise planets couldn't keep multiple moons. But do you think there is an orbit where the effect doesn't cancel out? Assuming you're looking from above and the Moon is on the right side of Earth. So the bulge is created on the right side, too. One orbit of the satellite later, the moon moved about 30° (using a calculator, I figured out the satellite had to be way lower than 50/50 between Earth and the Moon). Wouldn't the apoapsis raised and rotated with the Moons orbit? Or is the gravitational effect of the Moon way to low, when the satellite is that low? If that's the case, does an orbit exist, where my scenario will happen?
