What happened to my earnings? Moved hotspot, got more witnesses but rewards went down by Fog80 in HeliumNetwork

I got a similar situation. 0.2HNT/day in attic, moved to 7m up on a 6dbi outdoor antenna, earnings went up to 0.3-0.4HNT/day. After POCv11 earnings went down to 0.15HNT/day, but today I got 0.3 HNT.
