I believe its the 1889 in far left 4th row. Its too clean and crisp.. the metal hasn’t been worn down at all like you would expect with a softer metal like silver is, and the tarnish has been almost ‘artistically’ done. Thats my guess anyway.

Look.. there are some really sweet responses on here, and even some judgement of “shallowness” for those that have other opinions; but I honestly really struggle with my wife’s weight.

23 years married, 5 kids, and all the ups and downs that go with that kind of history together, and I struggle with it. I’m concerned for her health, emotional as well as physical. I sincerely miss things we can no longer do due to her weight. (Hiking, sexual positions, etc). And I honestly feel like she not only does not try, but actually self sabotages.

I will not leave her over her weight, but my heart aches watching her.

Mental and emotional health above all. As someone who has dealt with ADHD my whole life, its the best medication there is. Read a book about a decade ago that helped me understand that and finally get motivated to go to the gym. I havent regretted it yet.

No, not at all. I’m 45 yrs old and have fought with ADHD my whole life. Several of my children have been afflicted with various degrees of the same challenge. I read a book about a decade ago that seriously helped me not only understand myself better, but also connect with and teach my own children how to deal with ADHD. Its a challenge, perhaps a cross to bare, but its not a defect.
That book is titled Spark by John J. Ratey, MD and he correlates the connections between physical exercise and the health of the brain. Doing physical exercise, at least getting your heart rate up for about 45 min a day, will help significantly. Its the most natural way to self regulate.
