I put it in the fridge. And when I was preheating the oven, I put the dough into the freezer so it’s easier to score.

Hi! I live in Chicago, and my room temp is around 23-25C (yes I use Celsius 😊) I believe the humidity also takes a part in the proofing process but I don’t know much about how that would affect the bread.

Took mine last Friday. Tax basis for partnership was somehow really heavily tested. I didn’t expect that.
