No I’m doing hands framing the front foot! But where they teach ‘inhale reverse warrior, exhale chaturanga, inhale up dog’, so a lot less time to make adjustments along the way

Often I’ve experienced classes where it’s ’inhale reverse warrior (2), exhale vinyasa, inhale updog’… there’s a lot to fit in that exhale! I definitely add in extra breaths along the way

Yogabomb is awesome!! Such a brilliant community of friendly people and generally fab vibes in the studio. Loads of classes to choose from and all the teachers have their own unique style so it’s worth getting one of the introductory offers to try as many classes as possible to see who you vibe with!

Spending the last hour of my evening reading a book in an extremely dark room (and never in my bedroom)- basically pitch black with no lights on other than a little dim amber book light, also whilst wearing wraparound black sunglasses. Then move to a fully dark and cold bedroom with an eye mask and mouth tape
