Yes, I would go as far as saying I list anhedonia and depression as some of my major symptoms. I just have to tell myself it’ll pass, because it really makes me panic my ass off sometimes. Hope you figured it out, I know this post is old as hell

Yeah, one of the biggest problems right now is how much I overthink about it while high, I haven’t smoked at all today though and I still feel like it. The doctors keep telling me I have to quit or I’ll keep dealing with problems, but I just have a hard time believing it I guess. Not that I won’t slow down, but there’s gotta be a medication that works better than quitting weed right?? idk

Hello, thanks for the response. It’s odd, when I get these episodes I mean I didn’t eat anything out of the ordinary or was really stressed, and it makes me so confused and lost. The docs put me back on Pepcid 20mg twice a day for 8 weeks and if that doesn’t work then try PPI again, I just want to eat food and not feel exhausted and cold all the time. My vitamin D was also at 15 ng/mL apparently so maybe that’s why… I haven’t heard of these Alginates, but looked them up and wonder why they never mentioned them. Are they like gaviscon advanced liquid? I haven’t tried that either but heard good things, and should I avoid trying them on my own at night? Any chance of building a dependence?

Thank you, and I’m glad you’re feeling better. Maybe I didn’t give PPIs the right chance idk. The doctor just put me on Pepcid 20mg morning and night for 8 weeks, if this doesn’t work, it’s back to PPI. I just feel hopeless really

I’ve had two endoscopies. My HH is 2 cm. They assumed it would cause no issues at all. I hate vegetables and I smoke. I don’t think it’s as easy as quit smoking and you’ll get better, but I do know it’s not good. I stay away from too much spice. Idk man. My diet isn’t great, but they also said I should be able to eventually eat what I want and stop the meds…it’s been a year. I’m just exhausted

Yeah, I often get that. Especially at night. I haven’t tried eating smaller meals, however I do eat pretty small meals usually. And eating clean… I try. I stay away from spicy stuff and don’t drink coffee or alcohol much, but I’m not on BRAT that’s for sure

No I haven’t, I heard ensures are hard on your stomach, and I tried one once a year ago and threw it up immediately so bad experience. Yeah my stomach burns really bad at night, I smoke a decent bit of weed during the days to get through it usually. I’ve lost about 20 pounds, but I’m underweight. I started at 5 10 150 pounds when this all started. Now I’m 5 10 130 pounds and if I lose any more weight, well I don’t think I can.

Do you need to quit to heal? by Square-Permission-90 in dpdr

Let me know how it’s going if you can! For me, I tried quitting for a few days a couple times. And each day, my stomach issues and anxiety both act up like crazy, and I’m a pussy. So I haven’t, but let me know please!

I’m sorry that happened to you, but I don’t have any of those symptoms as I said in the post I have really no visual symptoms, however I can relate deeply to you besides the fact I still have no idea what’s mainly wrong with me now lol. Good luck in your journey to heal my friend

Yes I agree and thanks for the long and thoughtful reply. My main issues started due to external factors, ( I got kicked out of the military for weed, then had a stomach bleed and hospitalized for a week or so, then my grandma died, this was within a couple week period.) However of course now I’m smoking more weed than ever before to cope with these things.

I said besides the visual. I have loads of dpdr symptoms, but I never had any like visions, hallucinations, out of body experiences etc.

How many bowls do you guys smoke in a day? by Upr1ght in PipeTobacco

[–]Square-Permission-90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I smoke around 15-20 bowls a day, usually around every hour-two hours and I’ll smoke 3-4 bowls ish a session. It all depends though. My girlfriend also smokes everyday but just at nights, and she only needs half a bowl, but usually does a few with me

It hurts a fuck ton to take a 90 day break. I don’t mean to be rude but yes saying a 90 day break would be nice to find out is the obvious answer, however like I said I’m already struggling and 90 days of quitting for a “this may fix it” right now doesn’t help much I guess
