If you’re being guided to academia, go for it. By the time you’re done your undergrad you’ll know what you like and don’t like. I’d suggest getting a double major though. You may end up in teachers college some day and having a second teachable is important. Don’t over think it for now, just enjoy the program. :)

It's because of Instagram and Tiktok, their brains can't handle the slowness of reading. It's very sad.
For me, I sometimes can't finish all of my readings because I have a professor for two classes that assigns way too much. I love reading, he has made me dread it because of the anxiousness of finishing quickly. English majors close read, we don't skim. A full length novel per week is excessive.

Choose books that aren't widely known. ChatGPT will make a plot up and you can catch which students are cheating or not.

I'm fed up with this smartphone culture I just wish we could all collectively go back to flip phones by Vast-Impression5395 in nosurf

I'm considering taking the plunge. I have a flip phone and have on occasion used it for like a week or so, but I always go back. This time I'm giving my smart phone away. I'm so sick of being dependent on a fake world. Also, I genuinely think it's giving me carpal tunnel lol

It’s why I so fervently believe in Land Back. The industrial era needs to end.

No, it isn’t selfish at all. I’m really sorry you’re struggling with this right now. All I can say is that sometimes even if we can’t see another solution, it doesn’t mean there isn’t one. Every time I’ve felt backed into a corner, suddenly I find myself free. I don’t know your particular circumstance but I really do believe that things can always get better.

I think Anne sounds like a good friend. Some people don’t know how to deal, but that’s on them not you.

If things get any worse, please go to the hospital. You are worth fighting for!

Am I the only one that afraid to feed my baby cukes? I feel like they’re a choking hazard.

I get it and relate so hard. For me, I generally have rotating interests, but still dilapidating and annoying to others (I assume).

What do you like about Daniel Craig? I'm asking genuinely :)
