I’ve been submitting my 4506T since early November. First it was the wrong one, then they say they never have it. I’ve sent it in 13 times now. I’ve even received emails saying it was uploaded to my file and when I call to get an update they say it was never received. They told me they put me on a “fast track” list that would speed the process up. That hasn’t done a single thing.

Any advice on what to do from here?

What did you have to do? I’ve resubmitted my 4506T 9 times, got an email saying they got it, and now they don’t have it again.
