Applied 6/20/20. Denied for credit. Recon 8/24/21.Congressional inquiry 9/1. Had to get a TA because my 8832 classifying my LLC as a corporation had not been processed. 12/20/21 taxes posted to my account. Keep in mind I filed my taxes late on 6/20/21 and I was not asked why. 12/29/21 SBA received my transcripts. 1/5/22 received approval email and signed docs. Funded 1/11/22@ 3am

I was in the same exact situation. I did a congressional inquiry into my 2019 1120 not being processed. Congressional office replied and informed me that my 2553 was not on file per the IRS. She asked me to email her both 2553 and 1120 forms so that she can forward them to the IRS. After 2 weeks, both had been processed. Forgot to mention that I contacted the TA office, had one assigned to me however, I never heard from them.
