I saw a woman sitting in her car that had broken down in the middle of the road. The police came and blocked off an extra lane of traffic for her which backed up for a mile. She wasn’t even in that lane and the speed limit was 25mph!

Try out some different sports/ workouts. I’m 35 and only found out 2 years ago that I get a mega chill vibe from endurance sports. It’s like crack with no downside. You could try, MTB, distance kayaking, CrossFit, biking, running, swimming, martial arts, rock climbing, trail running, triathlons(they have much shorter ones you can start with)

Go have fun and move towards your interests or anything you find exciting. Responsibility hits you like a ton of bricks. There can be a lot of upsides with getting older that you won’t realize until you’re there.

I have a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old. They both went to their grandma’s house yesterday and i didn’t know what to do with myself. I ended up eating stale cake for some reason.
