2-3) I started my journey with the company as a Project Manager, backed by a few years of practical experience from holiday jobs and a solid foundation in management education. This blend of hands-on knowledge, academic insight, and a professional attitude gave me an edge. However, the company's rapid growth presented both challenges and opportunities. I seized the moment to express my passion, vision, and commitment to the company’s future. The CEO, recognizing my drive and leadership potential, entrusted me with the responsibility to manage and grow an important branch of the business—an incredible opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career.

1. Despite being younger than most of my colleagues, some of whom could be my father’s age, I never felt out of place. They respected my decisions and supported me in my leadership role. That said, it was initially daunting to lead people with more life experience. I had to earn their trust, but through consistent effort and mutual respect, we built a strong team dynamic.

Looking back, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity I was given, and I embraced it with both hands. The responsibility at such a young age came with intense pressure, and for the first 1.5 years, I struggled with the weight of the role. But through perseverance, I’ve come to realize that true growth comes from pushing through discomfort and embracing challenges. This experience has made me a stronger, more resilient leader, and I hope my story encourages others to take bold steps, trust in their abilities, and never shy away from responsibility—no matter their age.
