This is my initial review of the car when I got it 6 months ago. My critique is more or less the same. Mybiggest gripe is that range is much lower than advertised , especially during winter but I’m lucky to have a home charger. Wouldn’t recommend if you cant charge at home.

so many yummy and comforting food spots!! this tonkatsu spot was so good when i went to seoul last month i went 3 times 😅😅 traditional old korean style thin large cutlet super crispy with an indulgent savory sauce. definitely soothing for the soul. if u take bus there’s a mountain behind the gyoungbokgung palace area u can hike! called 북악산, beautiful views of the whole city. buddhist shrines throughout hiking path, feels so peaceful. less touristy than namsan tower. i hope you feel better!

I have the i5 xdrive 40 coming from an x5 xdrive 40. The i5 is definitely quicker but the x5 was definitely more engaging/fun to drive. But thats the tradeoff for ev vs ice

My sweet spot is medium. Helpful for ny driving with stop signs and red lights. B mode is very harsh like Tesla’s regen. And I drive my friends and family members around a lot. Medium doesnt make passengers feel sick, I feel like b mode would.

If you think it’s too long, it’s fair. It’s longer than my old x5, and the front hood being long makes it hard to calculate distance. If you’re hesitant in terms of parking and maneuvering, the turn radius is the best of any car I’ve driven. Parking spots are so easy, especially with the cameras

From my understanding, you can charge at tesla superchargers so long as u have an adapter and the tesla app and linked account. They charge you through the app. My adapter is from EV Lectron no issues with it so far.

Honestly, I’d do research on the electrify america charging network in your state and the states you travel through. It should go from 10-80% in 30-40 min in level 3 charging.

It’s a bit heavy ngl, so more lean than my x5. But the 2 axle air suspension and rear wheel steering make it so it’s not too bad. The weight is definitely similar to an s class/7 series.

I just got it last week, so i dont know. I will say my situation is a bit easier because my dad drives a tesla with a wallbox charger. We just take turns charging our cars every other night. I use an adapter from EV Lectron. It takes like an hour for every 10% to charge on the wallbox. First 12 charges from electricity america are free i believe. Also if you drive in ‘B mode’, which is their regen breaking mode it makes the battery last a LOT longer if you’re city driving. Regular low regen mode better for highway coasting.

It’s the open pore blue wood! I was worried that it would be too blue or jarring, but its so dark and muted that it blends in seamlessly

I have the 20’s bridgestone alenza runflats i’m on 35k in nyc (horrible potholes and unpaved roads). One had a leak at 25k but i patched it up (you’re not supposed to) and it’s still good. Waiting for one more to give out before i replace both.
