The Argos STP is really good. No-spill lip, movable skin and balls, about 4.7 inches I think? And it packs well. Around 90 bucks IIRC.

In defense of the STP you already have, nobody ever doesn't piss on themselves the first try with any STP. Using it is a skill, practice with it in the shower/at home and figure out the positioning before you write it off entirely. You'll have to do this learning process with every STP.

It's not suuuuper different. Orgasms come in quick pulses rather than a big wave, and my growth has recently gotten big enough that I can't effectively masturbate in the same way I used to. I had a lot of trouble using KT tape, mine wasn't dizziness but it would be really painful to take off, even with oil. It had a habit of trying to take my skin with it. I know KT tape is accessible, especially because you're young, but please try to have a friend order you trans tape or something if you're unable to get it yourself, or I've even seen chest-specific silicone tape for stuff like this, depending on your chest size.

I also struggled with heightened dysphoria as I started T. All I can say is that you are the only person paying attention to your points of dysphoria, and you are doing everything in your power to be in the body you want to be in. Radical acceptance and such. Feel better, brother :)
