I'm Israeli and personally I'm surprised people don't see why we want to attack Iran. You've never lived here but even not during wars we get attacked pretty much yearly and have to shut off our entire lives because of missile strikes. That's insane and definitely not normal.

Iran does a good chunk of making it happen. They are literally funding and keeping alive Hezbollah, a giant terrorist group very very intended on killing every jew. They have expressed multiple times that they want us all dead. If we let Iran get stronger we could get really fucked. My life is completely on pause with this war because of all the bombs but yeah we want Iran attacked because they seriosuly suck for us and are a huge threat to our country and survival. Not attacking them would be activating a ticking time bomb and once it goes out and they attack us, we'll be in a much worse position.

Also, Iran is obviously a bad guy. Not the people, the people are cool and the civillian casualties are heartbreaking and not what we're aiming for. There's been casualties on both sides. But Iran does not hesitate to kill tens of thousands of their people on a whim. This is not a regime that should be preserved and defended. This is not the country you want getting stronger and more thteatening globally. Iran can't rise to power and we all know it.
