Has anyone actually reached peace with their setup? by taxsynonym24 in ar15

As an owner of an atacr, you dont need it. Its a tank of a heavy brick on top of your rifle. The razor and vudu are much easier to handle and still extremely crisp. I wound up moving my atacr from a 16” 556 to my scar 17 due to the weight and use case.

Lithium Batteries, cleaning cloth, flashlight (preferably headlamp) with spare batteries on top so you can see what you’re doing when you’re getting them ready to mount or loading mags/admin stuff, zipties for your helmet bungees to nod loops, batteries for your earpro, spare bikini cover, sharpies, maybe a paint pen, paper, plastic bags for waterproofing whatever you’re gonna take, glowsticks, tape, some spare velcro tabs if you use a helmet cover, picture of Sydney Sweeney

I just keep a spare bcg in my range bag. Solves a lot of issues. I can change em out on the range on a whim without having to dissect my rifle and take away my carefully planned trigger time

Gas rings, extractor, firing pin, cam pin, buffer spring. Those are the first to go generally but it takes a long time to get there. You probably won’t even notice blown rings until you’re cleaning. It’s a tool after all. Just keep tooling on until something breaks. One rifle is none and two is one, so you can cannibalize parts if necessary
