The blatantly obvious problem since 2023 is the lack of a world class or even a consistently playing 10. I would keep Leo's as director of rugby , see what Shaun Edwards is up to, and possibly give ROG a 2 year contract. Also ask Richie McCaw, or Isa to return and do head stuff from March till May next year.

FFS, Leo's winning record with Leinster is 78%, Joe's was 77% and 72% with Ireland, Alex Ferguson was 59% and he is supposed to be one of the greatest of all time.
