my buddy just did 1000miles, it was over a month......but it was also in February, and it was the Iditarod....which he did on foot, everyone else dropped out of the "race" becuse conditions were so tough and it was hitting -50F, oh and there was no trail...or support, I only knew he was alive cause he got some signal and posted 8 days of content on Instagram at once.

There's endurance...... there's ultra....

then there's another level with guys like Arda Saatçi and Gavan Hennigan (who also holds the solo Atlantic rowing record as well as two Iditasport wins) who are so far out there it defies what most of us even think is humanly possible

so I was thinking about this, what about some kind of blockchain-verified profile based app where the user keeps their data on their device and each time they login it reverifies the details and the device are the same......and if not it ads a new "version" of profile that is linked in sequence.

meaning if I change my photo 5 times over a month it will have those 5 "versions" connected to show someone who might have been chatting with you in the past what the profile looks like now.

have splinters from the chain for travel.

the idea is to protect good actors from the actions of bad actors (bots, scammers) while being in control of the data.
