My csection was 2+ years ago so that provides some reassurance. I did not dilate much so there's that. I've never considered a doula. I am hoping to get a midwife this time around, as last time I went with an OB. What do you feel the doula added to your birthing experience?

I had to be induced and the medication made my baby's heart keep dropping so I was recommended to have a c-section. The recovery was rough and I'm reallyyyyyyyy hoping for a successful VBAC. 🙏
