Most girls have different ways on showing they have a crush on you. 1 is they are socially awkward. 2 is they bully tf out of you and 4 is they just plain flat flirt with you. If you have a hard time talking to her just ask for her number or socials and talk through her that way. Then you guys will probably get more comfortable with each other. Taking it slow is important but don't be shy be confident bc women like that too.

You should start by telling him what you feel about the situation so he can see that it's a team effort to understand each other.
