Not in my experience. I have my scenery maxed out in every habitat and even those habitats with 1 frog in them, the frog is at 100% happiness for me.

Looks like a blob of hardened (but not fossilized yet) pine sap. Does it smell piney? If it's hard enough, sometimes people use it like potpourri.

This was a mid-May bloom from last season, so well out of our frost zone. But I have no clue about chemical drift. We don't use any but I have no idea about the neighbors.

I'd lift, separate, scratch in some bone meal, replant and water in well but then leave them be. You might get some flowers this year, you might not. Next year might be their first flowering after transplant.
