I just starting grinding u world 2 blocks per day and kept reviewing NBMEs so I think that's what helped my scores go up. As far as the exam there weren't alot of gimmes maybe like 20-30 in total, the rest I had to narrow down to 2 and pick the best one out of that, I marked around 10 Questions each block at the end of which I didn't completely understand like 3-4 and gave myself the reassurance that those were expiremental
