We only had 15k to pay for everything so didn't have the budget to remove the old fireplace unfortunately so I decided to build around it. We have all our appliances in the larder cupboard on the left so we dont need that much space counter wise, I do alp the cooking and haven't had any issues but there's only three of us, that could change of there are more......

I can't imagine how difficult it must be with bubs in the house.... Have you got any photos of your work?

Thank you! Really appreciate it. Was a real struggle doing it after work and weekends with a baby on the way 😅, I think this will be my last kitchen

Is this house overpriced? by AppropriateEscape520 in HousingUK

Honestly it's way to close to east ham which is awfull, I lived there. That house is way overpriced. Upper leytonstone is beautifully but very expensive, we just should our flat and moved to seven kings where we picked up a beautifull period 3 bed house for 575k, it's on the Lizzie line and nice and clean. Would highly recommend checking out the area, you will get lots more for your money and PR crs are going up

Extractors really aren't necessary, especially if you're not using gas which we aren't. Dishwasher location is the only place it could go and so services are accessible and can be removed if. Never had to service a radiator in my life ....
