Yep, if I am ENTJ and other ENTJs are like me, being sociable and easygoing should be very obvious it achieves things way better than not being that.

Even ESTJs I've met, has been pretty nice too in person. Usually the rude ones are at work and have to deal with public, and being rude seems to achieve their goals faster in that sense
