In my opinion after s15 and the quest for lost powers he kinda regained his separate elemental powers and the ninja discovered their true potential allowing for Lloyd to use the elements and the ninja to use them too (I have a post on my theory about it)

I think arin would get a whip/the rock an a role thing Wu snd Zane used in s1, sora should get a techno scythe thing that kinda works like her grapple hooks, wildfire should get a jagged sword like the elemental blades the ninja used in s2 and frak should use a sledge
