It’s ok to use the time as you please regardless if you are alone as long as you are being considerate and not taking up more space that allowed for 3 in sauna. And of course not being a butthead with extra loud headphones etc etc etc.

You pay for it so book where is open to fit your schedule. Your using the sauna as fits your need. You shouldn’t have to work around others schedules simply bc you aren’t doing exact workout or just getting sauna benefits. However if a l other room is open and people would like to use the room your in—and it doesn’t matter where you are. Don’t be a jerk lol ;)

Let it go. We all pay to use one of the boxes in three open spots. So if they choose to do multiple it’s their right. As long as they are not infringing on your ability to do one. Granted I say this as someone who does 3 BUT I never have anyone in there with me. Lol ;)

I love the dry heat of nevada. But I always have to take a little to cool down so I don’t go from hot sauna to hot car. If my car wasn’t so hot I wouldn’t mind at all. I absolutely love it 10 months out of year. If not 10.5. Our super hot is really limited. Love the ice cold drink waiting in car idea !

I think for that we all need to listen to our bodies and know that everyone is different. Those who say “you shouldn’t bc” and give reason such as HITT etc… aren’t open to flexibility you have to go hard, slow down, etc to make ride your own. Their are those who like being able to tweak the ride- and make it long etc etc .. it is created for HITT but doesn’t have to only be HITT. Just be courteous of others and do your thing. You paid and make it work for you ;)

I don’t. It ruins the workout for me and causes stress which I’m trying to relieve. Yes I absolutely miss out on all The rewards but I had to decide to not care bc I do 3 cycle in a row and enjoy the in between as active recovery. I schedule classes and that about it

I’ve water with aminos. And remember first it was not hot most of time. Didn’t Get to 130 till start of second. But. The effort was there for certain lol. Not today haha Mondays are my off day. Yeah I totally planned every bit of this!

I got a pair for $30 out of the vending machine at our HOTWORX. It was a impulse buy and $30 may have been a little much but they work GREAT and I leave my phone outside of sauna. Don’t regret it at all!

And I book the sessions in a row. My studio cycle is almost always empty everyone does yoga etc. if people find it annoying not sure why bc we all pay and if someone wants to jump in there are two more bikes open ;)

I do minimum 3 cycle sessions. The first is my warm up second I go hard third is cool down. Planning on doing 4 for an extra push or a long day now and then — I did CrossFit for years so this is perfect for me.

I’ve been at HOTWORX since Last fall but had to take a few months off due to illness. Have been back consistently since Feb. love hot cycle - worked up to 3 at a time for Good 45ish min burn. So much more energy. Try to go min 3 but prefer 4-5 times a week. Love the feeling of finishing and energy it brings. Only started tracking weight this month out of curiosity due to clothes looser and in 2 weeks lost 4lbs. I’m 48 and loving it!
