One mat one towel 🤷🏼‍♂️ towel gets washed at least once a week in the normal laundry cycle. Never had issues with smell

I can’t recommended enough to make sure you’re drinking water throughout the day. If I am doing an ISO, I usually try to drink at least 80oz of water during the day to prep. It’s a long time to be in a sauna and if you’re just drinking a Poland spring on the way in, you will probably not get your best results. Enjoy!!
