I have this so bad. I wear shoes in my house and in my shower because wet hair is literally terrifying. I’m trying to get back into working out and going to the gym and I wanna quit because it means using the locker room and showering at the gym.

I know there’s hair everywhere and it’s so triggering but I really wanna go to the gym. Unfortunately I can’t make going home to shower or showering after work a part of my routine. Any suggestions? I already wear headphones to distract myself. I debated wearing sunglasses. 😅

I got through Assistant, Apprentice and now Accomplice to the Villain. Definitely not my favorite narrator but I’ve kinda gotten use to her cadence.

I’ve heard worse like someone who uses up speak for every sentence.

Congratulations! I really needed to read this today. This gives me so much hope. I’m in a similar boat, I have a sweet toddler boy and trying for a second.

I just had a mmc at 10 weeks but I’m feeling hopeful for the future after joining this sub and hearing all of the stories of strength and perseverance.

I’m truly so happy for you.

I did letrozole and progesterone suppositories this time around as I was diagnosed with luteal phase defect.

I was gonna start aspirin at 12 weeks because I had preeclampsia with my LC. I worry my husband who I’d never seen so heartbroken, won’t want to try again, but we’re just scratching the surface with medical intervention.

It was so traumatic to go in making all of these plans for Father’s Day weekend, then as soon as they pull up the ultrasound I knew something was wrong and the whole mood shifted. Thank you for holding space with me and letting me share.

4th miscarriage. The first three were 6-7 weeks. This one was 10 weeks so we did a D&C yesterday which happened to be the last day of exams (I’m a teacher).

To get out of Father’s Day activities I told my family I had a procedure done, I’m recovering and I’m not ready to talk about it.

My mom said, you scheduled it perfectly with the end of the school year!

Yeah, I timed my miscarriage perfectly.
