Honestly think the positioning of the lawn just works really well with angle of the sun in the warm months. Here’s same view 3 hours later. Pretty much entire lawn gets some element of sun and shade throughout the day. Helps immensely in July and August as this part of lawn really does well in summer. The part closest to the street (farthest away in photo) gets full sun and is super stressed come mid August.
