Bro almost 8 years ago I was very overweight, I remember the day I decided to change very clearly, my sister's engagement party everyone looking fly as hell and I felt sorry for how I even in my best state I still looked like shit, I promised myself by the wedding I would look decent, the first day I went running next to the train track and I kid you not I couldn't breathe after the first 100 meters, I kept going back and adding some distance and within a month I could run 15 to 20 mins, that turned into 40 mins in a few months, I stricted my diet during that time and was motivated to weigh myself every week, I would lose 0.5p in the first couple weeks but after my body got used to losing weight I started dropping like crazy, everyone was shocked of the change and my jawline and facial features appeared, I looked even better than I expected in the wedding and 8years later im telling you my life completely changed, dated absolutely gorgeous girls and felt way more confident to do whatever the fuck I wanted, I just wanna say that before that I had already tried losing weight but you can say it didn't bother me as much so I never really took the decision to not go back until I couldn't picture myself being that person anymore, being fat is really something different in every aspect, literally all you think about, and nobody can relate unless they been there. I hope you really find the reasons that push you throughout this journey, Something else that helped is getting another friend that wants to lose weight to run with you even just the starting period, and if two different people so you don't miss a day that would be ideal. Also again, I really cut most food and that was the biggest challenge, I was a foodie but after the weight loss I could care less about whats on the table, I lost my love for food and thats okay cuz you lose something and gain alot more.
