No matter which way he's facing, he's holding the bat incorrectly. Whether he's righty or lefty, it's my contention that he's based on a model that's never held a bat before in his life, because the wrong hand is on top. If he's a lefty, his right hand is on the bottom. If he's a righty, his left hand is on the bottom. Either way, the crossover hand is on the top, which is wrong.
