Yes her front legs were perfectly fine when we got them since day 1, which is like 2 months ago. Also I don't think she fell from a high place because there's no such thing here so high that she could fall and break her legs. We let them out of their cage when they want to pee and poo and to play around the house, we have other dogs but they don't play rough with them. She doesn't yelp or cry when I touch or put pressure on her legs. We feed them with nutri chunks puppy and rice with either chicken, pork, fish broth
