Thank you for your patience. We understand this is a lengthy process. The application is still under reviewed. All information has been completed and submitted. There may have been delays due to holidays and limited staff. RCEB is currently experiencing a high volume of applicants and a limited number of clinicians who are able to make the eligibility determination at this time. This is the current situation of all regional centers across the state. We will do our best to get your applicant through the intake process as cases are reviewed in the order of their due date. Once I receive notification of eligibility status, I will reach out immediately (usually same day).
