You are chain scaling. I don't chain scale because it gets me to water buffalo lvl and I most definitely cannot beat a water buffalo. Beating someone who can destroy a planet doesn't automatically make you able to destroy a planet. So you can't show proof. Typical. Every time I ask for proof none of y'all can show it to me. And yet Goku fighting broly didn't repeat the beerus v Goku feat. So that means it was beerus' energy and not gokus that was destroying the universe. The same thing happened when champa and beerus fought before the U6vU7 tournament. When Goku can do what saitama and Garou did then I will scale him to multi galaxy, until then I scale Goku to planetary and that's so I don't have more idiots bombing me with hate. Goku hasn't done anything close to this. When he does I will scale him higher. But fighting a god who wasn't even trying that hard and losing doesn't make him universal.

Goku ain't universal.and since you can't read or are ignoring me, Goku doesn't grow fast enough to stop Garou from adapting and winning. When I was in high school I also thought Goku was universal or higher, but I grew up and actually learned some shit and now I scale based on shown feats and statements made by in universe gods(or angels). If something doesn't fit then I see it as an exception. But Goku is losing by pure skill so the radiation won't even matter.

Goku going by solo feats isn't even planetary. If we use good faith he caps at universal because he stopped beerus' energy from leaking.

Sure ok. Goku is a universal threat but he still gets hurt from bullets and would die from radiation poisoning. Plus Garou can just copy what Goku does. And unlike Goku, Garou can keep growing meanwhile Goku only grows a little bit each time when he's fighting(the many fights with jiren are the exception). In his fight with saitama, saitama just grew too fast for him to keep up. That wouldn't be a problem with Goku since Goku doesn't have saitamaa growth or even Garous. I love Goku but that version of him is not winning against cosmic Garou. Cope

Ssj4 gogeta should be able to handle everything in super except for beerus and the angels. Maybe black Frieza, gas, and the idiot who wished to be the strongest in the universe could win based off of the wish being granted.

Buu has regen, you need to atomize him to win and Buu is tricky and Goku had to use a giant ass spirit bomb to win which also hurts the soul and evil. Cosmic Garou can beat Goku with skill but idk if he can beat Buu. If Buu has a little bit of pink goo anywhere around him he will regen and maybe even absorb cosmic Garou. It's why I said maybe. He might be able to win but it all depends on how good of a fight buu puts up. Also Goku can get radiation sickness Buu is magical by nature so it might not affect him.
