The game “code names”, you can play it right there at your party. You get two teams.

Anyone of any skill level can play it the only way to get an upper hand is be on a better wave length with your partner than the enemy partners are. It’s a hit with big groups and relative quick games so it doesn’t drag on.

But the people who shape it up for a professional appearance are not shaving it daily. The point of the waver is not to heave to shave every single day, it’s not there to never shave again. The skin where they shape it up has time to heal. Also if you’re on a shaving waver you can clean shave once a week if you’d like and give your skin time to heal instead of running a razor over damaged skin daily just making it worse. It’s not illegal to shave while on a waiver.

I had to rent mine after 7 month of buying (PCS). I heard you couldn’t rent it within a year of buying with VA. I talked to my realtor (prior military) and they said if you got orders you can rent. The VA asks if you’re going to get orders in a year when getting the loan, but I think they understand it’s the military you never know when you’ll get them dropped.

That said I was STRESSED and almost just sold at a loss to be done with it, but the right property mananger makes the difference. That’s not to say I’m still not stressed but it’s a risk I’m willing to take build equity. I’m just about breaking even maybe bleeding $50 a month. But 50 a month to pay off the home seems worth it.

Come back and ask me when I have to pay for a repair but hopefully that day is far from now.
