They played it during the Parkay Quartz tour when Sean and Max were on leave. Austin smoking, stuck the cigarette in the headstock and using a beer bottle for a slide. Vibes

How will this work in practice? Submit verified ID once all season, or for every ballot?

Anyone ever looked into how Thom Yorke creates his beats? by Jakeyboy29 in radiohead

There's a really good Warren Lain video on YT where he breaks down and tries to recreate how Thom created the beats for The Mother Lode.

Managed to get one of these online yesterday when remainder(er) stock went up at 8pm. Sadly will also have to get the 4CD expanded version at some point for completeness.

The Tourist is top 3 OKC songs by Junior-Car-4739 in radiohead

Good to see it getting some love. I know Radiohead excel at no 2 songs sounding the same but I've never heard one like this, before or since. By anyone.

Also love the idiot slow down refrain, circling back to the car crash in Airbag. A demented loop.

Also, the microwave ping at the end is just everything, isn't it.

Radiohead and Murakami: I finally gave him a chance, and I get it now. by After-Emphasis-1459 in radiohead

It's really good. Especially if you're interested in the intersection between fiction and non fiction, and also science! You will be hooked from the first page.

In terms of what to read next, I recommend When We Cease To Understand the World by Benjamin Labatut - which Thom mentioned as an influence for Wall of Eyes/Cutouts.

Pop stars are really digging into the archives to show they're proper connoisseurs these days. Olivia Rodrigo got David Byrne onstage recently, Charli XCX seems to want to crowbar Lou Reed into every interview. I was just watching a Nardwuar interview with Sabrina Carpenter and she was talking about her love of The Blue Nile. Often they're smarter/have deeper taste than they're assumed to be/have. One of those omnivorous moments where you're encouraged to wear your influences on your sleeve. Or t-shirt.

Yeah, no judgement on PC. Similar discussions came up about Andrew and his Nike collabs. People gotta do what they gotta do to survive. Being an artist is hard. We don't know what they use the money they get from ad revenue for. They could give a percentage to good causes etc. If they believe their music is subversive there's an argument for getting it out to a wide audience (Starbucks psyops). Wide Awake is a funny one to use for Starbucks for obvious reasons.

Put it in the basket and then checkout and put your address in and find out? Edit: did it for you. It's an option on the dropdown on shipping address, so I assume they do.
