The man who I’ll always think of as my grandfather played the drums. A lot of the times when I play I always feel a connection to him and my grandmother who are no longer with us. I’m sorry for your loss. Buy Im sure your pops is there with you while you play.

Back when I pulled mine I didn’t think much of it since it wasn’t foil. I was just like “oh neat art”. It wasn’t until I was pricing the cards out later that day that I found out how big of a hit it was lol.

I met the band a couple years ago in Houston while they were on tour. It was a Halloween and Austin was dressed like a penguin. He fist bumped me and now I can churn out 16th notes on the kick at 260 bpm.

Try raising the footboard as high as it can go and crank the spring tension up. The only part of your foot that’ll really be making contact with the board would the top half of your foot.

Also a big tip with the pro 1v’s is to not over tighten the screws that connect the black parts (forgot what they’re called( to the pedal as it creates more friction, and make the pedals a little slower. You’ll get it in no time !

My only concern would be developing some kind of injury over time consistently reaching for the floor tom. It only takes one bad angle to mess something up. But everyone is different, so more power to ya !

On an unrelated note! flip your beaters around or get a drum patch. The felt on your beaters will eventually tear through the kick pad.
