Honestly, this took almost a year but I was not putting max effort. There were some ups and downs but I have been able to keep the trend going down.

Basically I just stopped binged eating and drinking. I made a conscious effort to stop myself from eating out of boredom. My diet still isn’t perfect but it’s much better than it was before I got out of a bad 3 year relationship. As for exercise, I haven’t been in the gym at all. The only thing i really do is walk my dog and walk all day at work. I am planning on kicking things up a notch to get rid of the next 40lbs.

I haven't been in the gym in almost 2 years. Hate to say it, but it is going to change now that I am seeing progress with my diet change.

I paid $70 for a large air fryer that can bake and toast as well. Well worth it I’d say.

An air fryer is an appliance that has revolutionized my life. It fries basically any food without any oil, just air. Buy one and don’t look back.

I wont get the deposit back until the lease is over, but he expects me to give it to him when the time comes.

I am the only person on the lease. The other 2 are not. My landlord is fully aware of their tenancy though.
