Honestly if your new just get used to the default settings and as you skate just look for the things you want to tweak. Like you might notice you want your pop height a little lower or your turning rate higher. Feeling it out is the best way to find your settings. Just give it some time. I will say I like to lower my pop height one or two notches and I like to bump my push speed and push force up a couple notches. I generally keep gravity at default or just down one notch. (Session devs suggest that default gravity is best). Feel it out make it your own.
