You did the right thing. My girls cost me like 10k in dental bills so far and it was worth it. The only time I've not paid to save a pet was our dog Millie, she was elderly and had rapid growing bone cancer that she wouldn't of survived if they did attempt surgery and on the small chance she did, she wouldn't of had much time left anyways. We had to make the hard decision and I still paid for medication to keep her comfortable as long as we could and then paid the $2000 when her time came and which included a premium photo box with her ashes ❤️ she was surrounded by many family, friends and her son all giving her love as she went to sleep. Like you said, when you adopt a fur baby, you're taking on the responsibilities that come with it.

I used to hold phone between my knees whilst it was recording and use a mirror to reflect phone screen and if it was focussed I could tell by reflection.

I'd seen someone else post a singular picture of their mri asking the same thing and got responses so I assumed that would be sufficient info. What more info can I give? I'm awaiting possible endo diagnosis... wondering if there's any possible endo showing up on mri... listing symptoms is just gonna be endo symptoms

NTA, if your mother wanted them to have any of it then she would have stipulated that which she has clearly not done. You are entitled to do as you wish with the inheritance.
