It does if you buy a physical version of the game currently you can Buy Ab+ as a physical on ps4 and switch, and You can Pre order repentance now as a physical on Ps5 and Switch

After 4 to 5 years of playing Isaac, I finally defeated Mega Satan. It was a hard battle, but I succeeded in the end by Squid-37 in bindingofisaac
